Welcome to Chhattisgarh Steel Chamber's (CGSC) official website. It is the first of its kind in India which provides information about Chhattisgarh Steel Industries and also the functionalities of steel industry in India.

	Established in 2008, the Chamber's main motto is to spread steel business across India and international market through its six main board members. In other words, this portal shows the best picture of entire steel industry market of international trade on internet. The web portal markets the steel industry broadly with wide variety of interests.
The portal has many purposes. One main purpose is to inform members about new clients and to provide the B2B platform. It will also help us to do business within the community, about current activities, members, events, new businesses, news and update, related to the entire steel market.

	Steel industry is the biggest sector of Chhattisgarh, having a reputation of producing high quality iron and steel products which has huge export value. Because of this we can say Chhattisgarh steel industries provide major momentum to the
growing economy of the state and also to other industries like aluminium, cement, thermal power, mining and various specialized industrial areas. Chhattisgarh state is rich in reserves of iron ore and mineral deposits and is now having more than 100 steel rolling mills, sponge iron plants and Ferro-alloy units, all of which are able to provide world-class output.
